Conjugate Group is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter with “full-desk” permanent placement experience placing senior level candidates *(from Director level to C-level roles) in the LifeSciences space. Our company has a large client base in the drug development and clinical trials market segment. This role will have the responsibility for building a permanent placement revenue channel from our existing client base as well as securing new business opportunities. A secondary charter for this role will be to build and manage a team to further grow revenue in this channel. This will be a key role for the company and will report directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

Previous full desk permanent placement experience in LifeSciences. Our first preference is someone that has direct experience placing candidates into senior roles in the drug discovery and clinical trials market segment. We will consider exceptional candidates in affiliated areas of LifeSciences if they have a solid understanding of the skill sets in the drug discovery and clinical trials area.

Track record of success. We are looking for someone exceptional, motivated and excited to join a young growing company and be part of their success story going forward. Compensation:

We feel this is a rare opportunity for someone from a traditional permanent placement search firm to earn additional income for the same level of production based on our unique compensation model. With our company you will be compensated as follows:

• Traditional commissions will be paid on billed permanent placement fees.
• Override commissions will be paid on team member’s billings.
• Override commissions will be paid on all contract staffing fees billed to new clients brought into the company by this division for a time period after MSA execution. *(This third commission stream has the potential to provide a “significant” increase in earnings for the same amount of effort and success). From our perspective, this is a real game changer.
