Andrew thought he was going to be an attorney. He attended Boston College (1993) to study pre-law. Despite loving legal theory and law, he realized that he was more of an opportunity based person. He moved to Manhattan to help a small software developer gain a larger customer base for their object-oriented database tools. He then decided to move back to Boston where he learned the consulting and contract services model. He loved it. Over 20 years later, he is still providing life science services. Prior to founding Conjugate Group, Andrew co-founded (2004) and led BioBridges before it was acquired.  He co-founded Conjugate Group (2017) currently leads the firm with the mission to partner with growing drug development companies.

Sean has spent his entire career in recruiting and business development, identifying and attracting professionals at the highest levels. He co-founded Conjugate Group with the goal of becoming the premier service provider to companies working their way through the Clinical Development process. Prior to Conjugate Group, Sean helped to build the recruiting function at BioBridges, and helped to establish the service model that forms its foundation. His career began in Business Development and Recruiting for the MRI Boston Office where he built their Legal Recruiting department, focusing on AmLaw 100 firms and lateral Partner and Associate hiring.

When he is not helping emerging biotech companies hit their development milestones, Sean is a semi-professional Opera singer, an avid Rugby and Formula 1 fan, and loves to travel and explore with his family.

Jesse has been in the biotech space for almost 20 years. His career included working in clinical research within academia, CROs, and small biotech. He also did business development and foreign direct investment work for the biotech sector of the UK Government’s Economic Development and Trade Agency. Jesse eventually landed at Biobridges, where he spent several years contributing to and developing the recruitment function. Jesse co-founded Conjugate Group when he recognized the growing need for more flexible resources and scalable solutions from his clients.

Jesse graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering. He also received a Master’s degree from there as well. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys boxing, cooking, and traveling with his family (especially to Italy).
