OVERVIEW:

Our client is building out new facilities and needs Lead-level HVAC / CQE Commissioning professionals to support system commissioning and startup activities.

This is a hands-on role focused on HVAC and utilities systems, requiring strong technical execution and the ability to make real-time decisions during commissioning.

SCOPE AND FUNCTIONS:

• Lead commissioning of HVAC and utility systems across greenfield builds, driving system startup, functional testing, troubleshooting, and readiness
• Execute the CQE / CQV lifecycle end-to-end, working cross-functionally with engineering, validation, and construction teams to ensure successful system integration
• Own commissioning documentation and turnover packages (TM), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance within GMP-driven quality systems

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong hands-on commissioning experience with deep understanding of CQE / CQV lifecycle in regulated environments
• Proven experience supporting greenfield pharmaceutical, biotech, or large-scale industrial facility builds with HVAC and utilities focus
• Ability to operate within structured GMP quality systems and independently make real-time technical decisions during commissioning
• Experience with DeltaV systems or exposure to automation/controls during commissioning

• Locations: Indiana (primary), with additional needs in Houston, Alabama, and Georgia
