Executive Administrator/Office Manager

OVERVIEW:

The Executive Administrative provides administrative support for the CEO to ensure they can efficiently accomplish general tasks as well as key tasks and company initiatives.  Sort through many items while establishing a priority list.  You will at times manage company calendars, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries, and managing important legal documents.

SCOPE of RESPONSIBILITIES:

Including but not limited to:

May perform special assignments such as researching information and compiling reports.

Be the “document Czar” of the company- send out and manage contract execution.

Other job duties include formatting resumes/CVs, fielding a low volume of telephone calls, preparing timesheets for weekly payroll and billing, financial report, data entry, efiling, and organization of company documentation.

The ideal candidate must be friendly, outgoing, and always have a professional demeanor.

REQUIREMENTS:

2-4 years of administrative/office management (not a senior role but will expand over time with growth)
Proven track record of success
Desire to work in an agile, small-company environment
Driven by personal and professional success
Knowledge of bookkeeping process and financial management (a plus)
Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) and QuickBooks (a plus)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
