OVERVIEW:

A clinical-stage biotech organization advancing therapies in immune-mediated conditions is seeking a physician to provide direct support across ongoing clinical programs. Recent progress in endocrine-related research has led to increased need for day-to-day medical oversight across multiple studies.

This role is suited for an MD who prefers to be actively involved in trial execution rather than high-level strategy.

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with U.S. investigators in advance of study initiation; support protocol walkthroughs and facilitate engagement opportunities.
• Continuously review incoming clinical data to monitor safety trends and identify potential risks within autoimmune-focused trials.
• Conduct medical monitoring activities, including eligibility assessments, safety signal evaluation, and ongoing data review.
• Contribute to and/or lead development of clinical communications, including scientific presentations and congress materials.

Clinical protocols are finalized; the focus is on operational and medical execution.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in endocrinology and/or autoimmune indications
• Strong preference for individuals who operate in a hands-on capacity within clinical trials

LOGISTICS:

• Fully remote role (U.S.-based)
• Full-time hours (40/week)
• 6-month initial engagement with potential for extension or permanent consideration
• Limited travel as needed
